Who we are

The Proven X (TheProvenX) is a Riyadh-based answers community and digital studio. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page.

Using the community

The community is for first-hand experience. Ask about a real situation. Answer only what you have lived. Do not post advice you copied, invented, or cannot stand behind.

• No insults, harassment, or content that attacks people.
• No spam, ads, or scraping of the site.
• No posting of others’ private data without a clear right to share it.
• We may hide, edit labels on, or remove posts that break these rules, and we may suspend an account.

Accounts

You are responsible for your login and for what is posted from your account. Keep your password to yourself. If you think someone else used it, change it and tell us.

We may close or limit an account that is used to abuse the site or other people.

Bookings and project work

A booked appointment is a request for a conversation, not a signed project contract. Times are in Asia/Riyadh. We may decline or move a slot if we cannot host it.

Websites, stores, and custom platforms are scoped and priced separately. Package limits and the usage policy on the products page are part of that work once we agree them in writing.

Your content and our content

You keep the rights in what you write or upload. You give us a licence to show it on the site, translate it when the product does that, and keep a copy so the community still works.

The Proven X name, design, and our own writing stay ours. Do not copy the product or pass our work off as yours without permission.

No warranty, limited liability

Community answers come from other people. They are not legal, medical, or financial advice from The Proven X. Use your own judgement.

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from relying on a post, a missed meeting, or a short outage. That does not limit liability the law of Saudi Arabia does not let us exclude.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If a court finds one part unenforceable, the rest still applies.

If we change the terms in a material way, we will update the date on this page. Using the site after that date means you have read the new version.
